Open Online Course Starting May 6th!

In the free and openly accessible online course 'Open Educational Resources (OER) in Higher Education,' students and educators can receive an introduction to the topic of Open Educational Resources.

Open Educational Resources (short: OER) are educational materials that are freely accessible and can be edited, adapted, and shared without violating copyright. This is achieved by using so-called 'open licenses' or public domain materials for this purpose. (Excerpt from the course description)

Participants of the course will also learn where to find OER and how they can publish OER themselves.

Course offerings starting May 6th and available on two platforms.

The course is offered in English on the Metacampus platform (opens in new tab) and is accessible to all members of the UNITE! universities.

Additionally, the course is offered completely open to EVERYONE on the iMooX platform (opens in new tab) in multiple languages.
