Panopto [at the TU]

Recording options of the video content management system

With the Panopto video content management system , you can not only conveniently store, manage, and embed your videos in Moodle. The platform also offers recording functions, allowing you to create your videos directly in Panopto.

There are two options available:

  • You can use the integrated recording function “Panopto Capture” directly on the web platform (make sure you have a stable internet connection).
  • Alternatively, you can use the “Panopto Recorder”, which must be downloaded and installed locally on your computer and enables stable recordings independent of your internet connection.
