Why can my students access some videos in my Moodle course but not others?
This is related to whether the respective student has 'viewer' rights for the specific video. If someone does not have viewer rights, they cannot watch the video. This can have various causes.

General Recommendations
To ensure viewer rights for students:
- Store videos intended for a Moodle course in the corresponding Panopto folder. (FAQ: In which folder on Panopto should I upload my videos? )

- To make videos from Moodle courses of past semesters available in current Moodle courses, perform a course import in Moodle. (FAQ: How can I use videos from a past semester in a current Moodle course? )
